Peaceful, spacious and clean
We spent 2 nights here at the end of September 2019. It was amazingly quiet, even though it wasn’t empty. No light pollution, the sound of owls being the only nighttime noise. The washrooms were extremely clean and new. Individual sink cubicles, proper showers (like you’d have at home) not push button, one temperature jobs. Good washing up facilities - again, proper taps. All in all a very pleasant experience. Easy flat walk into Coniston
