Disappointing visit
We stayed here recently and was blessed with the usual lakes variable weather. Coniston is a lovely village to visit. Dog friendly cafes. The shower block was lovely and clean and we did like the fact it was key entry only. However we were quite miffed at how close our neighbours parked to us. I really didn’t want to see what they were watching on their TV! It was mentioned to the wardens but they saw fit to ignore it despite on every site the 6 metre rule for our own safety, hence we cut our visit short.
