I had not visited the site before but my wife and I attended for the first 2 weeks in September although we did have to cut it short following a major leak in the roof of our Bailey caravan. The wardens at the site were so helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. the site was always kept clean and tidy and even in the rain the staff had a smile on their faces. They quickly resolved the issue of the TV aerial points failing one morning for no apparent reason and i witnessed them helping other members on the site with some of their difficulties too. The site has good access down to the lake and is in a great position to all into Conniston which is about a mile and past at least 2 pubs so it can take some time and we walked from the site to do the Old man of coniston. we had a great time thank you
