I have had 4 short stays this year in a campervan and used the site as a base for mountain biking. I have to say the staff, site, location, facilities and cleanliness are spot on. I honestly don't know where some of the guests who stay here and knock it must stay normally, there must be some Mayfair Hotel campsite equivalents that I have not read about yet for around £20 a night so please advise if you are reading this and are one of them! As for the noisy leaf blowers (really), then I would rather that than trample leaves throughout my temporary accommodation for the length of my stay and am surprised the colour of the leaves don't upset some either. Personally I cannot wait to return and suggest those who don't approve, stick to their preferred sites as it gives me more chance of securing a booking at this fantastic site.
