Wonderful site, well kept, grass & hard standing, easy to access (although a few road signs would be useful).
Easy access to Welwyn Garden City, its shops, restaurants and theatre and most of its rail station.
Less than 30 mins to central London and there are even late night trains.
Harry Potter land is also close by!
