We have just returned from a very pleasant break at Coed-y -Llwyn. We would like to express our immense gratitude to the wardens at the site, Deb [ Ramussen ] and Martyn [ Giles ]. As we checked in our motorhome broke down and would not start [ we have since discovered it was a faulty alternator ].At the same time other, even worse problems came to light. Martyn and Deb dealt with both our problems in a calming and efficient way as I was in panic mode. Martin got the van started and Deb sorted out the problem with the DVLA which didn't seem to have an easy solution. Because of their help and concern we were able to enjoy the next three days of our stay at one of our favourite club sites. Thank you once again , Deb and Martyn. you were great!
