Stopped for 3 nights at Coed Y Llywn, just a short break with it being only a 90m drive. This was our first time here, as our last booking had been cancelled due to refurbishment. The entrance to the site could be a little better signposted, but once on site we were greeted by a helpful and efficient team. The site was only about half full so were able to explore the many hedged areas of the site before we selected our flat well maintained pitch. The facilities were first class, and even though cleaning times were 10-12, there was always one half of the toilets open as they can close one half off to clean with a sliding door. TV signal and Wifi was OK, and reception sold many necessities, which was good as the nearest shop is 4mls away. The Bryn Arms is about 1 min from the entrance, serving good food and drink, with a good ambience, so good we went there twice. Followed the cycle route as outlined in the info hut and did a circular ride around Llyn Trawsfyndd, more of a mountain bike trek but still good. A nice site, would recommend
