A great site in Snowdonia not far from Mount Snowdon and Porthmadog. Lovely helpful people and a clean and tidy site. This was our first time to a club site (we used to camp in tents before going posh with a caravan) and it reminded me of the high standard of facilities of camp sites on the continent, only cleaner and not as big. The shop has essentials such as milk and a few other usefule things. You can rent DVDs and books for a small contribution to a local charity. There is a dog walk on the site along with a children's play area. There is also a lovely walk on the lane up past the caravan site for longer dog walks. You will need a lead though as there are sheep, horses, and fowl in the neighbouring fields. Would I visit again? Absolutely yes and probably will.
