Very impressed with just a couple of 'buts'....

First visit and overall very impressed with site. Mainly quiet, but we were there mid-week of school term. There are some lovely walks, with or without a dog and lots of places of interest nearby. The site managers/wardens were all very pleasant and helpful. However, the 'buts'...firstly the Club sign is smallish and on the opposite side of the road to the entrance. We approached it and turned to our right, then saw the small arrow pointing the opposite way! We had to drive quite a way up the National Trust road before we could turn round. Approaching in the opposite direction, there is a large sign with a large arrow. Also, the speed limit is 5mph....this should also apply when cycling...particularly the children. Nobody tells the children to slow down! All of the above though wouldn't stop us visiting here again.
