We have visited this site on several occasions and the standards are always very high,this time being no exception. A very quiet and relaxing stay in between meeting friends and Christmas shopping at Meadowhall. T.V. outlet worked well for Strictly!!! The wardens were helpful and pleasant. The only slight niggle was the facilities block seemed unheated for our first two days and a bit cool for a shower given that the nights were frosty. Overall a very pleasant stay. I have got to agree with the reviewer who criticises meadowlane 1970.The rules and facilities are very clear if you choose to read them. We have been on sites previously when we have wondered if we experienced the same site as a reviewer and this seems to be another occasion. .
