One Night Stay in Winter

I  stayed here yesterday and must say the the site and staff are delightful. The staff were very welcoming, proffessional and friendly aIthough it is huge and was relativley quiet at the time of my stay so there were plenty of spots to choose from. The pitch was clean not a dog bone in sight.  Given that there are a 175 pitches it is extremley well kept I wouldn't expect the staff to be able to inspect every time a pitch is vacated. If I find an offending object on my spot, the bins are never far away. I arrived early and they allowed me to book in at 11:30. The only downside is the lack of tv reception, I don't own a tv extension cable so I watched some DVDs instead. The location is great for walks and bike rides and if you leave on foot or on your bike, if you are not a National Trust member then you save the £3.85 per adult on the entry fee. All in all my visit here was representative of the usual high standard of the Club, I would have had to look hard to find anything to complain about.
