1st time staying at this site for our new year break with family. Not the best of starts, our greeting in reception was a little abrupt and unwelcoming/unhelpful. However, we chose our pitch & set up. I was surprised that no effort at all was made to clear the roads around site as it was like an ice rink and very dangerous. Yes the shower block & reception were cleared but that's it. The wifi was not working (again I'm told by a family member who said this was the case when she last stayed). We had a great time though as was family altogether but was quite disappointed with the service and greeting we recieved. Will be visiting agin in summer to see if this was a 'bad day at the office' for the staff who dealt with us as the location is great.
