This site is a great location, so pretty just a shame about the wardens! I arrived and pulled up not blocking the road, I was in the arrivals area and the caravan in front of me moved as I was walking to check in, I had to go back to my car and move my outfit forward before the warden would even consider checking me in. Yes I am sure the wardens will respond to say it was a busy weekend but no one else was there!! I visited this site with friends who have children. It was important we were pitched together but despite offering to even pay for my friends pitch we were not able to park together as we didn't arrive together. We came from different areas of the country . The wardens suggestion was I wait 5 hours in the late night arrivals until my friends arrived!!!! I think not! I wasn't worried where the pitches were, just needed to be together and I really don't consider that much to ask. I am afraid these wardens totally forget who the customer is. Toilet cleaning was crazily early when people wanted showers leaving people to que in the other block. I am in my second year of caravan club membership having visited a lot of lovely sites! This is the first negative review because this place seriously got my back up. All in all lovely location ruined by unhelpful wardens!
