late night noise
standards are slipping, it seems a number of cc members do not believe club rules apply to them. another stay at this great site has been spoiled by late night drink fuelled noise. we were kept awake by two vans until the early hours and I witnessed one elderly chap almost in tears as his wife who was unwell was becoming quite distressed but he felt too scared to approach these people. night patrols and interventions need to be stepped up.
