If they are constructing a college next door, they don't seem to do it on the weekend.
If your looking for a site near the Cotswolds but near a town with lots of amenities then Cirencester takes some beating. Excellent facilities Warm and Friendly staff. Superb and we will be back.
As for the construction work adjacent to the site, they didn't appear to be working last weekend so it doesn't seem to be intrusive. Cirencester Caravan Club Site is also quite large so you can probably set up away from that side even at the busiest of times. So I wouldn't be put off.
