Travellers on Site
We were looking forward to staying at Cheltenham and arrived only to find our traveller friends were occupying part of the site. We decided, as did some 17 other people prior to our arrival, to go elsewhere.
The lady at Reception was extremely helpful and booked us in at Blackmore instead. We will return to Cheltenham hopefully in better circumstances. Unable to rate the site however have marked it as 5/5 in order to leave this review.
