The site was good for us as we were in Cheltenham for a wedding.  There was a problem with travellers on site and we were given the option of relocating, which would have been inconvenient. We chatted to some of the others on site and were reassured sufficiently to stay.  The office staff were very helpful and amicable.  The downside was that the more ataxia grassy pitches were occupied by the travellers so we could only park on the asphalt pitches in from of the grandstand.  As we were only returning to the site to sleep it was not a major problem.
