We have stayed at Chatsworth before so where looking forward to our stay as it was our anniversary. The staff I have to say are lovely and very helpful, but we found the site a bit disappointing this time considering the expense. We had asked friends to join us on this visit and on the first night rats where running around the area big ones!! I know it is next to a river but every night we had rats running around the site. The toilet and shower block also had a sewage smell but I have to say was kept very clean. I am sorry to say we will not be heading back unless something is done about the rats.
