Arrived just after 13.30.Some 7 vans waiting to book in. Only one person in reception with 3 on "traffic Management". Why as the leavers had gone at 12.00 and arrivals after 13.00.Tookover an hour to get to pitch. No need for details of Chatsworth offers etc. at that time, more people in the booking office. Surely arrivals priority is to get set up and have a cuppa after the driving. Apart from that site acceptable in every respect but showers will need updating soon to meet commercial standards.
