We stayed for a week this time, the first time we have done more than a weekend. Somehow we got our dates mixed up and arrived a day early to a full site! The very helpful team managed to put us on a pitch that they weren't using due to dodgy electrical bollard but in a motorhome that wasn't an issue for a night. Moved to our proper pitch the next day. Our little boy had a great time chasing duck etc despite the awful weather. His only issue was the lack of a swing in the play area but since there is one just down the lane it was no problem. Staff were great. It is difficult for them when everyone seems the need to arrive early or right on one o'clock. If you just wait an hour there are no queues.
