That's sounds disappointing because we were there last month and the wardens were great, not that we saw all that much of them. What did they do to upset you so much?

It sounds like the usual negative review by people who did not get the response they were wanting when,   as according to site staff we know,  make requests,to satisfy their own goals with  no thought for fellow members

Am I alone in finding it frustrating when vague complaints like this are made without any further clarification? I'm willing to give the OP the benefit of the doubt, something obviously spoiled their weekend (in their view) but it's hard to be sympathetic when they don't come back to answer questions! 

Interesting logic.  How wil they know if anything has changed if they don't visit again?

I'm guessing you didn't follow the instruction not to arrive before 1pm which is there for very good reason (narrow access lane, short passing places, access for emergency vehicles needed etc). I've always found the wardens here to be very friendly and helpful, and even at times with difficult Members they have remained polite and professional. Follow the rules and instructions and we're all happy campers.
