This site is useful to visit various places in and around the midlands, the bus service is very good connecting to train stations. The site is looking very tired and could do with a good tidy up. Weeds all over the pitches and beginning to look a little unkempt, however, the wardens who checked us in were very nice, friendly and helpful. There is only one toilet block open, which wasn’t a problem for us as we were nearby but must be inconvenient for people on the other side of the site, I’m at a loss as to why it’s closed, maybe to cut down on cleaning.
