I will never book this site again which is a shame as it is very convenient for the NEC. There were kids playing ball in the middle of the site road when we got there and we were not impressed with this as the wardens did not do anything to stop this. Whilst we were there the grass was never cut in fact it had not been cut for some time. This hid a lot of dog mess and nearly each time I walked my dog around the site I came back with dirty shoes. The actual dog walk stank and there was dog mess everywhere. Even outside the gate there was mess even though the residents outside the gates had put up signs for people to pick it up this was ignored. On one occasion a dog was barking for over 2 hours! The wardens must have heard it as it is not a big site but did nothing about it. We did not have any telephone number to call and the main office did not answer. In the end a few people went to the owner to complain and all she did was throw a bowl of water over the dog. When we finally spoke to a warden he stated that he would have to speak to everybody concerned not just the dog owner!
