I used this site about 6 times a year as my father lives in Birmingham & I come down from Blackpool. I have always had a good nights sleep. I have always felt safe and secure. The facilities are always very, very clean & lovely and warm in the winter. This site is in such a great spot, for all parts of Birmingham as it is just of the M42, which you can not hear. Also has close links to M6, M5, M40 & M6 toll. And as a bit of a 'Nerd' there a great transport museum next door to!! How much more does any one need. Just a great site. My thanks to all the staff.
