We have been here several times and always enjoy our stays. The reception was looking very floral and the warden's work diligently for our benefit. The dog walk has improved since our last visit in January, though we often take our pooches by car to one of the many parks nearby, the lanes are both narrow and busy close by. Some road noise can be heard but we are close to the motorway network here and the road at the rear is very busy too. Birmingham, Shirley & Solihull are places we like to visit. I have heard several references to some non-awning pitches as a 'car park'. I think it is the Marmite effect, you either love or hate it.
