After staying at other club sites Camelford was abit of a let down. There are only 13 hard standing pitches which are level. We were on grass (no problem) but it wasn't level (no problem) but after 2 days of persistant rain became water logged - in fact the steps were down to the rung and had to be dug out!!! Coming back from the shower block feet needed to be rewashed because of the mud. Desperately needs draining. There isn't a great deal around the site although there is a pub and golf club down a narrow lane (unlit). Camelford is a good 20 mins walk but has a good selection of pubs and a few shops.
