We first visited Cadeside more than forty years ago. The storage area was pitches then and our son watched the trains go by in the near distance. We still love this site, the current wardens are so helpful and patient (even when newbies reverse and flatten the markers). You can visit Exeter, Taunton, Somerset Levels, West Somerset Railway, Fleet Air Arm Museum, local cider farm etc. Wellington is walkable and has takeaways, banks, shops and Waitrose. A new Lidl is due to open before Easter just opposite the site entrance. This is a gem of a site, wish they had seasonal pitches - perfect site for us.
