First visit , most defiantly not the last . Beautiful peaceful setting . Top refurbishment , everything immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful . Thought they were never going to stop working on Friday night waiting for late arrivals. Phone signal was fine for us ( pitched top part of site ) even had phone internet . Tv Ariel to bollard was fine . Lovely walks around site which is set in an old quarry , quarry face lit up at night . Lots of wild life . Walked up to Solomans temple , the views are spectacular. Then through the woods around the site . You could walk down to Buxton / Go Ape and Pools cavern about 25 mins . All worth the visit . We opted to drive . Lots to see in Buxton . Pavillion gardens, shops and cafes . Easy parking . Travelled to Thorp park and Macclesfield . Will be no1 visit next season , can’t wait . Only about hour and half from home . Half hour from family .
