Having undergone recent refurbishment the site was as expected, spick and span. The site itself is well located especially if like us you have dogs and enjoy walking, we particularly liked the walk down into Buxton and the walks around Tittesworth reservoir and along the Monsal trail, both relatively close by. Whilst the facilities on site are all new we were a little disappointed to find that a number of pitches were quite un-level and required good leveling blocks. I would also note that whilst the new roads are lovely and smooth they are a little narrow in places especially for larger units. That said we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this site to anyone.
