Best site we've been on
Just returned from bank holiday weekend.
To tell you the truth, I normally avoid the caravan club sites as they are too clinical. We arrived to a warm welcome by the managers The club was only running at 50% due to electrical problems so there was plenty of pitches to take the pick from. Scenery was stunning with the dramatic rock back ground. A 45 minute walk through the woods to the centre of Buxton. A perfect location. Very quiet but not far from civilisation. Perfect site if you have dogs You can walk for miles and not hit the same spot and not see a main road. The wardens had a great sense of humour which is a rareity from our previous experiences. Toilets immaculate and warm. We were looking for a site not far from home where we had it all and looks like we have found it. Thank you for a great weekend.
