1st time at this site staying long weekend. Very friendly warden welcome. When we arrived it was very windy and starting to drizzle. The site is quite spaced out so a drive round is important to pick your spot, however some of the access roads are quite tight and although im an experienced vanner' I had to use the motor mover to get my unit onto our pitch. The site is quite sheltered as its the bottom of a quarry which helped when putting up the awning.  Plenty of good walks and some stunning views and only a short drive to the Errwood reservoir which is another loverly walk. DONT follow your Sat Nav read the directions in the club book.
