When we arrived our booking was wrong and we were told it was only for two days and not the four. It subsequently turned out she had read for two people not two days, no problem. I had forgotten to bring enough cash but had enough to pay for one night and explained that my wife would pay for the rest in the next few hours when she arrived. What a farce ensued. The whole booking had to be cancelled and two fresh ones made for 1 day and 2 days to get out total 4 nights after consultation with the head warden. Once I was in it was a hot day and I have a large twin axle van with a full size awning which I had to set up alone. Straight away another warden was over saying could I move the dogs lead spike as he could go onto next doors half of the grass, which I did but muttering under my breath. When walking the dog for a walk off the site he stopped for a number two which I cleaned up within seconds of him finishing. I was asked later by another warden to please take him off site if possible for that. How? Is what I thought. The grass was a little unkempt, water pressure poor, washer not working pretty unfriendly staff I thought. £31-50 per night £217 per week per van. Really??
