Why would someone rebook the site, if it’s as bad as they say.
me personally think people should enjoy there breaks more once they arrive rather than go about looking for faults, if there rust surely the warden has this under control and it will be repaired in due course.
ive never had a bad site yet, but I only use facilities for the purpose there for not sight seeing or inspecting under the cubicals.
chill out and enjoy your break

Hand dryer over a radiator, especially not knowing that some people do not shake the excess water off their hands before use TUT,TUT
And also not expecting some people to mistreat the hair dryers, Not Good
When will some people not treat the shower cubicles the same as at home (how do tiles get broken)
Dirt growing ?
How old are the "older "pitches,
Nice staff ,what did they say when you mentioned your observations?
Ps how was your stay ?

I've travelled a fair bit up and down the UK over the past couple of years. I've found all the club sites offer great value for the cost of membership and site charges. Considering the volume of visitors and vehicles which every site has to deal with, I think the facilities offered are first class. The only problems I encounter come from fellow users - litter louts and those who don't know how to flush a toilet or what the shower mop is for. Burrs is one of the busiest sites - I visit it twice a year and find it excellent.
