We’ve had another lovely. 4 nights here over the Bank holiday. Love the site. We had lovely weather which enabled us to do a couple of cracking walks - to Rawtenstall and from Clough Head around the reservoirs and taking in the Rossendale path. Ladies toilets not the cleanest due to a flooded toilet. We also had some rather noisy neighbours who did not follow the quiet by 11pm. The pub and park were crowded given the lovely weather but the did not affect our visit in the slightest. Only negative is that there’s no late night arrival although there is space. The 8pm arrival is strictly followed so do not be disappointed. We were ok - just!! Please wardens can you keep control over noise. This is a lovely sight, just a little noisy. We will return. .
