Just had a relaxing bank holiday weekend at Burrs Country Park.The site is lovely and quiet but this weekend there was a Circus on in the next field which wasnt too much of a disturbance except for the low tones of their music being played til late.The cobbled road down to the entrance to the site was abit of a shock so do please take your time if you dont want to damage your van as i saw a couple of caravans being towed at speed!.the pub next door(The Brown Cow) is a great pub which we highly recommend for a pub meal.If you have dogs the park next to the site is long enough to tire them out.Toilet block is clean and is up to the usual caravan club standard.Overall we have enjoyed Burrs Country Park and will be back again and again.
