As at Tuesday 21st the latest is that, despite the electrician being on-site virtually all weekend, it will be necesary for the electricity supply company to completely disconnect the site for a period this week so that a heftier supply can be connected.

It was interesting to see the mains supply drop to 213 volts at times before the thermal breakers tripped out. It takes about 20 minutes for them to cool hence the off-supply duration. Of course, if no-one has switched off anything then it comes back on to the same load.

Didn't inconvenience us at all as it is an older caravan with 12v battery and gas bottles. But once all the site lights were off one could see far more of the stars above.
