Post Lockdown Visit

Arrived Sunday after the mad rush on re-opening day. All well organised. Check - in via office because we had vouchers. Only one customer in office at a time, screens at the desk, easy process for recording and destroying vouchers. On finding a pitch, returned to office for key fob which had been sterilised and staff explained the toilet block access system. Only 2 allowed in at a time controlled by ‘swimming pool’ type rubber bands. These are in a small, Milton filled, container outside the toilet block. If there are no bands then that should indicate the 2 spots inside are filled and you should wait outside. Doesn’t always work though because some were forgetting and walking in anyway and others weren’t returning the bands. If 2 people are having a shower and someone else wants the toilet they are in for a long wait - we used our own facilities. Hand gel dispenser outside office and toilets but none at the service points so take your own. Very enjoyable couple of days and very glad to be back. The Brown Cow at the side has a large and popular beer garden and the landlord has erected a very large marquee type structure. Tables available for booking inside for food - no ‘drinks only’ until food service has stopped and when we were there the pub closed at 9pm.
