Just returned from 3 mid-week nights at Burrs and would have stayed longer had there been any availability. What a lovely site and so well run and cared for. All the facilities were spot on in fact the very best i have seen for some time. Whenever you used the shower block it was spotless - well done. For children or dog lovers the site is ideal with lots of open spaces. We enjoyed a short walk as recommended by the site which ended up at the Brown Cow pub(think that is the name but very near the site entrance) The walk was lovely but can't say the same about the pub but we had a meal there which was OK. There is another pub quite near which we will try on our next visit.
