Had a lovely time here, perfect location, sadly the stay was spoilt by people cutting across pitches, although the staff do have notices up asking guests not to do this, we have been members for nearly 30 years, and feel the standard of the members has dropped, every club has rules, but people don’t seem to want to abide by them any longer, apart from this we did have a couple of wet days, which weren’t a problem, but don’t understand why the warden had to cut grass in these far from perfect conditions, what made it worse was the tractor didn’t have a collection box for the cuttings, consequently wet grass was everywhere, the facilities were a mess as were peoples awnings and outfits. The same patches of grass were mown , and on the return of the other set of wardens, they went over the same areas, although it was clear to see what had been done. apart from this we would return as it is a very lovely spot.
