Having stayed here recently I was disappointed to note that some of the showers were closed off due to water pressure issues. I then went to wash our clothes in the laundry and found that out of action too. When I inquired if it would be repaired soon, I was told that there was an issue bringing the suppliers and electrician together with the site staff (who work hard to keep everything going) I could sense the frustration of the staff. Come on CC, where has your customer focus gone here???? Sort it out AS A PRIORITY!!
