We used this site as a base to do kids activities(Alton towers, Drayton manor, Blackpool). The site was excellent and very clean and the toddlers bathroom a real bonus for us with 3yr old twins!! Bury itself is a nice town with all you need. The train that runs along the back of the site was great as every time it went past our boys went running over to wave. We went on the train and went to Ramsbottom and it was also a lovely little village. I would recommend this as a great area and a good base for exploring North of England to the Midlands. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thanks
