Stayed 22-27 July Have been to the site previously and always enjoyed the clean spacious pitches,immaculate toilet block and friendly wardens , we took our5 yr old grandaughter with the main attraction being a trip on a steam train. She really enjoyed the treasure hunt and receiving a badge plus completing activities in her tourer explorer book for which she received a snap and bracelet. We spent a lovely afternoon in the park hunting for leaves and flowers ,this compensated for lack of play area.the staff were so friendly to her helping with the clues on her treasure hunt. She has decided that she wants to go back next year to have another trip on the train.
