What A Lovely CampSite
We also had 10 nights at Buford in the first 2 weeks of June 2016 for our second visit to Burford. The site was easy to find, well signposted. Staff/Wardens were extremely helpful and were always on top of cleaning and site maintenance throughout our stay. Toilet/Shower facilities were excellent. There were two sets of both male and female toilet/shower facilities in the centrally located block. So whilst one was closed for cleaning, the other was always available.
Burford is a delightful town with plenty of history, and worth a visit even just for shopping. However we found that nearby Carterton was ideal for shopping (Asda & Aldi). the Cotswold Wild Life Park is also worth visiting, & there are many National Trust sites nearby.
Many thanks to the Camp Site staff who made our stay most enjoyable Alan & Dee
