Great site, perfect location. Only downside was that we could not be pitched with our friends who were on hardstanding and we were on grass, quite why the size of their van meant they could not be on grass is beyond me. Also, my friends realised they had booked 4 nights instead of 3 by mistake on their arrival, but were told that they could not have a refund! I asked if we could have an extended stay until 4pm on the bank holiday Monday, the answer was no because they had to 'cut the grass'. No chance of cutting any grass that afternoon, as it was raining when we left site. Just think the rules and regulations need to be relaxed a little. We stayed at another Club Site in Oxford and had no problems with being pitched together, staff could not be more helpful.
