Cannot fault the site. Just beware the "Sgt Major"

Another great stay at Burford where we met up with a few friends post lockdown (3). The site was as ever very well maintained and clean and covid compliant. The only thing we noted on this occasion was that one member of staff seemed to be a little on edge most of the time. Sorry I cannot give a name but we heard a lot of people relaying there experiences with the "Sgt Major". For our experience when we checked in my wife was dealt with by a very nice member of female staff however during the process a male member of staff kept interrupting her and asking when she would be finished with the card reader. Seemed a little rude. We were then shouted at whilst leaving the site one afternoon as once we had exited through the site barriers I accelerated to about 7mph (really no faster as the T junction is only 50yrds or so in front of the barriers). We heard a loud shout and saw a man waving and gestating at us. A little bit of over kill considering we had left the sight all was clear and it was literally 7mph (as logged on our dashcam footage) additionally we strictly adhere to the 5mph rule on site (unlike many others). This said none of the above spoilt our stay and every other member of staff was great. Our friends who stayed at the same time also experienced a less patient individual member of staff who we believe is the same male. Perhaps just a stressful time as the sites reopen. If you are visiting the Cotswolds we would thoroughly recommend this site and all that surrounds it.
