A Great Stay

We’ve had a very enjoyable stay over the last few weeks at Burford Site. However it is not often I write a review without just cause but reading a members comments on multipacks some what annoyed me.   If you trawl through various forums on web and the Trading Standards site specifically, the subject clearly states it is not illegal to sell multipack products individually, it is purely a ploy by the manufacturer to deter retailers from making a few pence per item more. Admittedly contents may not be on the product however I have seen for myself, in the small convenience shop on site, the plasticised ingredients lists where this information is made available to prospective shoppers.  As for parking in front of the toilets, I am one of the guilty and admit openly, I got away with it, and it’s all down to timing but logically we should not do it but lead by example.  As for the site management, there has been a lot of TLC expended since the arrival of the new wardens who took over in the latter part of 2015: being a younger generation they are very focused on meeting Customer Expectations and have shown they will go out of their way to help within the confines of Health and Safety. We wish Mr and Mrs Huggins all the best in their endeavor’s and hope to revisit the site later in the year. Long may this positive trend continue.
