Brora is a very quiet site ideal to chill out for all of us that need a break from childcare duties.(i did not see many on this site). Excellent sandy beach but mind the Arctic Terns nesting at the moment, just a short hop across the very well kept golf course, mind the cows and the sheep which have free roam. Rained most of our stay but did not deter us from a visit to Dunrobin Castle and a trip to John O,groats and Dunnet Head just 60 miles up the road. Coop in Brora very well stocked and a fish and chip shop in Golspie 6 miles down the road. Very enjoyable 5 night stay will be back in the future.
