Handy for visiting the seaside, Eastbourne, Brighton are a short drive away. National Trust property’s are close and the Steam Railway. The approach lane is narrow, take it careful and arrive after 12 you shouldn’t have a problem . In July 24/25th there is a boules tournament and a raffle.
