Having lived in Bromyard and moved away in the 1980s we frequently come back to visit family. This week we visited for an 18th Birthday celebration. We decided to bring the van and stay at Bromyard Downs, an old quarry where as a young boy I used to play with my cousin, long before it was a touring park. We have passed by so may times wondering what it is like. This week we have spent five glorious days enjoying the site. The greeting from the wardens was fantastic, their welcome and hospitality is a credit to the club. The site is immaculate with much attention to detail. The grass is lawn like and the pitches super. We were sited on pitch 12, no one in front and no one to the side, it was just perfect for us. We were very sorry to come away. We shall be back and it will be our base for when visiting family and friends in Bromyard. Thank you to the Wardens for doing such a fantastic job. To or Club Directors... we hope that the Wardens get recognised for the outstanding work they do? We are big fans of Bourton CAMC site and now Bromyard Downs will be another we add to our list of Favourites. Can we have more sites like these please. Graham and Angela Morris
