As former tent campers who have just changed to a Van this year, this was our first time on a Caravan and Motorhome club site. We were very pleased that this was the first site we tried, as it was lovely. A very warm and helpful welcome, with some recommendations of places to see in the area. The wardens were all very friendly and helpful, and had nice chats whenever we saw them. The site is beautifully kept, and the bathrooms were spotless. One of the reasons for picking the site was the fact it is walking distance into the beautiful town of Broadway, which made for a very relaxed time, as you could wander in for something to eat if you didn’t feel like cooking! The site was very peaceful and friendly, and I loved the few times we were around to see the steam train go by -really good fun! It only runs between late morning to late afternoon though, so it’s not disruptive. Some wonderful places to see nearby, and the town of Broadway certainly has lots of lovely places to eat and wander around. We only had one night here, but will definitely be back.
